I'm not a fudge person. I don't particularly like it but yesterday I was weak and bought a piece of butterscotch caramel fudge from The Fudge Shop.
Needless to say that it was absolutely delicious. It was gooey in the centre - perfect! But very very rich. Too rich to eat all at once. It lasted all day with nibbles here and there.

Oooh .... I love the fudge shop ! Only been there once ... but loved it.
It smelled so good I think its dangerous ..... lol
